My clients needs are wide and varied, for this reason I work with a number of associates who I have built a very close understanding of their capabilities. It is important to me that my clients receive the best possible support and I will facilitate this from within my close network.
I am a Human Resources consultant and coach who has successfully supported businesses and individuals in numerous industries – from professional services to tech, hospitality to property and asset management. Using my breadth of experience, I have enabled them to navigate the employment landscape, while developing the leadership and culture needed to reach their goals.
With over 25 years professional experience, I bring both strategic and deep technical HR expertise to my work. Combined with a creative and open mindset, I embrace new initiatives enthusiastically but never stop paying attention to the culture and needs of the business.
Working in client facing roles across companies of varying sizes and shapes has also given me a rich understanding of the environments in which my clients operate. Equally importantly, my agile approach enables me to adapt easily, establish rapport quickly and react promptly to get results.
My coach approach leverages the professional insights I’ve gained through complex people dynamics and culture change. This is fused with my lived experience as a senior executive and consultant. I believe strongly in partnering with people to make key decisions – whether it’s navigating challenges, building confidence, enhancing performance, moving towards promotion, taking a career pivot, or managing themselves (or others) more effectively. I’m also a keen advocate of coaching professional women who are facing the challenge and change of mid-life.
I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a recently qualified executive coach (awaiting accreditation with the Association of Coaching).
I have over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering learning solutions covering topics such as performance management, coaching, personal resourcefulness, building trustworthiness, challenging conversations, managing change, manager capability and leadership skills. I am also a qualified Executive Coach, an accredited Performance Consulting Coach, and a psychometric practitioner in Hogan and DiSC.
My career has given me substantial experience of coaching, one to one training and the facilitation of large group workshops, working with clients such as Ericsson, Lindt, BNP Paribas, Virgin Atlantic, Formative Content, Toyota Connected, Tax Systems, Rothesay and Aldi.
Having graduated with a BA Hons in Law & Business, I started my career at Thomson Reuters. Initially training traders on financial markets systems, I went on to support some of the world’s leading banks and financial institutions with their performance agendas. Making the move into management, I worked globally leading teams to design learning solutions across a wide range of topics from onboarding to advanced management skills, finding a particular passion for leadership learning.
I’m now a consultant working across all sectors supporting the performance needs of diverse and often complex teams. I frequently use the 7-Step Performance Consulting methodology to help diagnose performance problems and co-design interventions that impact real needs (not just the wants!), to bring about long-lasting behavioural change. I do this through business partnering; and supporting clients to explore a wide range of performance solutions.
With a background in improvisation, I am a confident and self-assured interviewee, public speaker and presenter of video-based learning solutions. I am passionate about performance and when not helping teams to shape their learning approach, I love supporting individuals through executive coaching.
